I'm having trouble registering Movie Edit Pro Plus 2021, because the serial number is linked to an old mail address (Removed by Moderator) but I have a new mail after a PC crash (Removed by Moderator) what should I do about it. Richardt Rolsted.
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
First, you will see I have edited your post to remove your email addresses which should never be posted to a public forum like this one.
Second, you can change the registered email on your account by going to this page, logging in (almost certainly using your old email address) going to User Data and amending your email address there. Allow a little time for the change to register in your account and you should then be able to register your purchase of MEP Plus 2021 using your new email address.

I have logged into my account and changed the email address, but now here 24 hours after the change, I still can't activate my Movie Edit Pro Plus 2021, purchased 30/12/2020 Europe/Berlin with order number Removed by Moderator I suppose that's the old product number I used but can't find the email with the product number for the 2021 program. What do I do?

Your order number is not really relevant to this problem but you really do need to find the email with the [serial key/activation code] for the 2021 program! Unfortunately, it will almost certainly not be listed in the My Products area of your account until you have successfully installed and registered it.
If you really cannot find the email confirming your purchase and which would have included the vital serial key, the only thing you can do is to email infoservice@magix.net, including as much detail as possible about your purchase, and ask that they resend that email which it is your responsibility to keep safely.
