Registration Site Down?

I've sent ticket requests to support twice in two weeks and have yet to get an answer, and I really need this product to work on my new machine. I've installed Movie Studio Platinum 12 and now it wants me to register the product before I can use it.

The problem is that the site used to do the registering apears to be down (maybe dead?) and so I have no viable means of progressing.

What can be done about this?
