Hi I had a contract Number
Removed by Moderator for Vegas Pro 17 which was cancelled about 8 weeks ago. It was cancelled withing the time frame to get a full refund. I still have not been reimbursed or refunded for the cancellation. I submitted an email to ask if the money was deposited (i see no record of the money being returned) and was told that I could not get an answer because the ticket is closed. Hence I wish to open another ticket. The money is not insubstantial (A$350). Please assist.
