Last year I bought Movie Studio 2024 and then upgraded to 2025. Recently I had to reinstall Win11 due to some issue I thought I was having with BSOD's. When trying to install either 2024 or 2025, the download manager screen kicks in (shows the file size to be 977MB for 2024 or 1.2GB for 2025 version) and proceeds to download. This is where the issue is as it looks to try to connect to the outside FTP site but stops. The button changes from Stop/Cancel to Continue/Cancel at the bottom. This happens with both releases.

I've read through prior discussions threads and the suggestion was either finish Windows patches or it's a firewall issue. I've made sure there was no pending window patches and I've disabled Windows Firewall and the issue still remains.
