Reinstalling on new PC

Hi, I am trying to put Movie Edit Pro 2020 on my new PC ,I have the serial number from the original purchase from 2020, I also just re registered and got an activation code on the new PC but it says its only active for 30 day ?? I already purchased the product ? when trying the original serial number the field has a red X .. can you help to assure me I will have permanent access for the product I already bought?

ps, long time Magix user all the way back to music studio deluxe & still use studio 7 deluxe for over 10 years now lol

Did you try activating the program with the serial and email address it was initially registered with?

Try copy and pasting the whole serial number including the P3-
