I think it's time to put your system specs and Program version as well as operating system specs into your signature that you will find in your profile settings. That will save an awful lot of questions going back and forth to get to the base of possible causes on this and future requests. While the error report tells us what may have gone wrong it doesn't help us to understand what may have gone wrong to cause it.

That does help quite a bit. Thank you. We can never have too much information about another persons setup. It can eliminate a lot of questions. So basically there is nothing wrong with your setup assuming your copy of Windows is on the latest build version and all graphics drivers are up to date.
John's question may be of some relevance if you can answer it as seen in this earlier query.
