Hi,

The current version is MEP2015, Premium is recommended. It does not replace the older version or uninstall it. The old version remains. You should be able to open older project files with the new project. Before doing so, I recommend that you make a copy and put it in the Project folder for the new version, in case something goes wrong.

Sometimes some features, mainly certain templates are dropped from one version to another. If you look through the Discussion area for MEP, you will find where we discussed how to copy the older ones to the newer program so that they show up in the media pool. This does not mean that the new version can't find the older effects, it can. It's just that they will not be in the menus of the new version.

What version are you currently using?
