Reversed Caption Lettering and Text on Video Export

Using the Title template, 'Caption Basic', option 'Neutral 03', to create captions or subtitles in a video, produces the text correctly in the preview, but exporting as MP4, produces both reversed lettering and text. Why is this happening?

Problem solved! The video player used for playback, reversed the entire video, not only the subtitles. Somehow, a 'Flip Horizontal', video effects setting, had been erroneously selected.
