Saving movie studio platinum 13 files into different formats

paul-adams wrote on 11/28/2021, 1:29 PM

Maybe movie studio platinum is no longer supported? Don't see an option for it anywhere. Anyway I am using movie studio platinum 13. I need to change format of some videos I've already done in this program. For spotify canvas for my albums (Tiny loop movie plays in background when people scanning my albums on spotify) the format needs to be changed. Must be 720 pix tall w/ a 9/16 ratio. Save in mp4. Saving in mp4 easy for me but I don't understand how to re save my vids in the above ratio. Many thanks, And please let me know if there is an easier way to get support for this. As I said, maybe no longer supported? I'm willing to upgrade. Only hesitate because I'm old and analog. Learning new digital things tough for my weak L brain. Ha Paul

Hi Paul.

Vegas Movie Studio below version 18 are not covered here.

You need to go onto the forums at the veagscreatives.net website as the two programs have two totally different interfaces and we don't have a clue here how to help you.

For a aspect ratio of 9/16 at 720 for width, the height would have to be 1280 I think. I'm not sure that will take, though I could be wrong.

Ray.
