Schwerwiegender Fehler beim Export

Dear community!

I work with the Video Deluxe program from 2014 (I7, Windows10, 64Bit) and I am actually very happy with it.

Unfortunately, there is a serious export problem once a month. I assume that this is provoked by regular Windows updates. So far I've always found the solution to my error message in the community, but unfortunately not today. The current error is: mc_dec_avc.dll, "ACCESS_VIOLATION". Have any of you ever had this problem? I would be very grateful for help! Best regards, Jemolino

I think it's the MP4 H264 codec that you can't access. No idea why though.

Hello! Due to the trouble I updated my VDL version to 2020. First of all: I get the same error. And moreover, the program stops at first click on an icon and has to be closed with task manager.

Very disappointing.😔 Its worse than the old, and I even paid money for it. Has anybody else trouble with the new version?

P.s.: All updates are done, the magix ones as well as windows. And I installed the mp4 codec for the new program without trouble.

Hi.

Not with that particular issue myself.

However some of us have had problems with some Win10 security updates with Windows Defender and VDL. (Movie Edit Pro) blocking some functions within MEP. For instance I can't use any of the 3D titles. That happened on the last Windows security update but doesn't seem to have effected anyone else. There have also been some problems with some antivirus programs interfering with the updating or installing of VLD. I now turn off any additional antivirus programs running when installing or updating any programs.

It is advisable not to have any third party codec packs on your machine if running MEP. They do cause problems with the program.
