I've been a Magix Movie Edit user for over five years, and never had a problem with the screen capture feature. I am currently using Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 2020.

I recently purchased a new laptop with better specs (Intel Core i5, 8MB RAM, WIndows 10), but now Movie Edit does not recognize the video driver. I used to be able to capture 1920 x 1080 without any problems, but now I can't. The software says "frame rate and resolution is not supported by the active video driver," and insists that I use a lower setting. My laptop has an NVIDIA GeForce MX350, and it also has Intel Iris Xe Graphics display adapter.

I tried disabling one driver, then the other, and also tried updating them. Nothing has worked.

Please help.

(For comparison, I tried screen capturing using OBS. I had no problems with OBS, but I would like to do everything in Movie Edit so I could go straight to editing.)
