Screen Capture Won't Work - Say I don't have permissions no matter what I try to save.

It was working previously. Then it only captured a video when I saved to my USB Harddrive. Now no matter what I try to save a video capture, it says the permissions are a problem. The recording shows advanement, but the MBs don't increase, which tells me nothing is happening.

Then when I close, I get the message that nothing was recorded because of permissions.

Any help available for this?

Try saving to the internal hard drive -  create a new folder in your Documents (My Documents) folder then set MEP to record into the new folder.

Creating the "new folder" didn't work. Here's what did:

 

I have two monitors and was trying to record on the second monitor. Once I went back to recording on my main monitor, I was able to record.
