serial number

i have recently purchased music maker 2021 premium. i cannot register and activate using the serial number. i keep getting a message pop up saying error code -14. it is telling me the serial number is wrong or is for another product. how do i solve this problem ?

@Rickie-Dover You need to check if you are trying to unlock the correct software. Error -14 appears if you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

Where did you purchase Music Maker 2021? Magix.com or a third party seller?
