Check your spam and junk mail email folders. If you cannot find it there and it was purchased from Magix, contact Magix Customer Service and include your purchase information. (Magix customer service email: infoservice@magix.net).

If it was purchased from a third-party seller like Best Buy or Musician's Friend, contact the seller.

When you do get your serial code and register SF, keep a record of the serial and the email address you used.
