Hello purchased Movie Studio Platinum from Best Buy on 7/17/22. I m unable to acquire or locate my serial number. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Also, I have checked all my email accounts

What is the version of Movie Studio?

You will have to contact Best Buy as they sold you the product, did you check your spam folder?

Did you receive a redeem code from Best Buy ?

If so redeem the code here you will need to log in.

Magix redeem instructions are here.

You will then receive an email with your serial number - if you do not get the email, check your spam folder they sometime end up there.
