I have already registered with Serial number in my old computer and now want it in a newer computer. But then it says that it is already used.
How do I get it for my new computer. Bought it 2019-08-03 and registered it a little later.

I already registered the serial number on my old computer and now I want to do it on a newer computer. But it says it's already in use.
The order number is 2020 obfuscated by ModeratorMXC, and I registered it a little later via us-shop@magix.net, but I don't remember the email I used to register it.
When I try to register it again, a message appears saying the email is wrong - Code 24.

Please do not post Order numbers, Serial numbers or any other confidential information in the forum, this is a public forum, not Magix Support.
If you do recall the old email address and password used to register the software, then you can login to your old account at magix.com using those details and change the old email address to your new one.
Otherwise you need to email Magix at infoservice@magix.net, quoting your order number asking them to change the email address to the one you have used to register in the forum.
Note: we are experiencing some delays in getting a response from Magix Support.
