When I tried to get updates online, I was asked to register with the serial number. The pop up screen already has my serial number filled in and my email address, along with a question Are you already registered with MAGIX? but there is no Yes or No button to click. The only button that I can click is "Register immediately online" When I clicked this button then I got a pop up screen saying "This serial number has been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX Support with

Error code: -24

There seems to be some kind of email mixed up. Appreciate to hear if anyone has the same issue or know how to fix it.
