Serial Number in use

Bought a copy of Magix Music Maker 2020 for my buddy on my account, but it will not allow him to use the serial number. I looked in the application and it's not registered to my computer at all, but it's telling him the serial number is in use (he logged in using his account). I also tried to generate an activation code for it, but that's not working as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

The software should have been bought on your buddy's account, it was registered to your email address as soon as you purchased.

You will need to contact Sales through the Contact link at the bottom of the page to get the serial number registered in his name.
