Upgraded to Platinum 17. Received order number: and Order Number: Your order number is: . Received my Serial Number, again (Same as old Serial Number) Number INVALID!!!!!!!!!!!! (Using Windows 7. Operates fine with Platinum 16 and all other problems. Program will not register.

Please note this is a public forum nand is not Magix Support - never publish order numbers, serial numbers email addresses or any other confidential information in the forum - this is the quickest way of having your product hijacked/lose control of it.
Check in the email that what you have purchased is what you have downloaded. From the information (removed) it looks like you are putting the serial number from one product, (Movie Edit Pro ?) into Vegas Movie Studio Platinum - these are 2 different products.
