Serial Number (No Confirmation Email)

Hi,

I have an account under a different email address that has record of the Movie Pro 2021 purchase I made a month or so ago. When my computer crashed, I had to reset and now I can't seem to access that account. I tried to reset my password, but I never get the email with the link.

All I want to do is use the software, but until I resolve this I cannot. I see no path to send a private inquiry.

Who do I contact about this issue?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I am unclear from your post whether you have been able to access your Magix account using either of the email addresses you mention. If you have been able to get into your account, you can change your email address via the User data option.

If you cannot access your account you need to email infoservice@magix.net with a full explanation of the problem, and ask that they help you to resolve it
