Hi,
I have an account under a different email address that has record of the Movie Pro 2021 purchase I made a month or so ago. When my computer crashed, I had to reset and now I can't seem to access that account. I tried to reset my password, but I never get the email with the link.
All I want to do is use the software, but until I resolve this I cannot. I see no path to send a private inquiry.
Who do I contact about this issue?
