Serial number registered to different email???

I own a copy of Vegas Pro 11, purchased from Sony creative software and duly registered at their site. I would like to upgrade to Vegas Pro 18 and imagine I have to register my Vegas to the Magix website. But I am receiving a message that my copy is already registered to another account?’Could you please assist me? Serial number Removed by Moderator registered to me on Sony...
