Serial Numbner problem please help!!

Our computer recently crashed completely. So when I was at my grandfather's house, I used his laptop and download MAGIX Music Maker 17. I used the serial number, and it worked fine.

However, now I am at a different computer, and tried downloading the software. The download was successful, however, I found I could not use the serial number a second time. Therefore I cannot use the software on this computer.

If I just completely delete the program out of my grandfather's computer, will I be able to use the serial number again??? Please help!!!

Yes, you must uninstall the program from your Grandfather's computer before trying to install it on another computer.

You are permitted to have the software loaded on only one computer at a time.  Also, you are only permitted three installs before you have to ask MAGIX for permission to reinstall. (MAGIX Tech Support on the MAGIX website - not on this forum.)
