"Serious Program Error" occurs when exporting video.

I'm currently using Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus, version number 16.0.1.22.

I have exported videos successfully, one being 36 minutes in length. However, upon attempting to export a near 1 hour long video,
I have received errors shown in the included pic:

I'm using a Windows 7 64 bit, exporting to a 5TB Seagate External Drive, which currently has 1.14TB of memory space remaining.

My question is what is causing this error, and what is causing my video to fail during export? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

. . . . Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus, version number 16.0.1.22 . . . .

You are missing several patches - the current version is 16.0.4.102, try updating using Help, Update online then try exporting again.

. . . . exporting to a 5TB Seagate External Drive . . . .

Check that Windows Power Management is not managing the USB hub the drive is connected to - right click Computer on the desktop and select Manage then follow the image below - at 3 right click each hub and select Properties, select the Power Management tab and turn off power management as shown at 4.

Note: if you are using a laptop this will reduce the running time on battery.
