@WOODROW-WILLIAMS Yes, if you make everything from scratch with your own recordings or virtual instruments and it does not copy melodies from other artists.

If you use other material like samples or loops you need to get a license from the seller or artist. For example, if you use Magix Soundpool loops you need make a one-time purchase of the commercial license for every Soundpool you use in a song you want to release commercially.
