Shot Match LUTs not working

nah-nah wrote on 10/7/2019, 5:35 AM

As per the site "save your own LUTs using the shot match feature." Ive made a perfect shot match even matching the original images they used for the Video Pro X page. Colours all match the new "red/blue" stylized effect on the Magix website and I can select and make a new LUT based on the shot match. However the new LUT that has been made does not do anything when used, opening up the file in notepad shows a different text layout than other standard LUTs.

Am I missing something here or is there an issue with making LUTs using the shotmatch?

Note: LUTs made using contrast adjustments etc save fine.

Hi

. . . . Am I missing something here or is there an issue with making LUTs using the shotmatch . . . .

Not AFAICS - the issue is reproducible so IMO it is a bug.

Please raise a support ticket using the Contact link below, I will do the same.

@browj2

Hi John - looks like another one for the bug list - I have sent a bug report.

Hi

I have had confirmation from Magix - they can reproduce the issue and are forwarding it to the developers.

@johnebaker

Good! I'll add it to the list but not submit it as I expect that Magix has enough to go through.

Thanks guys for the quick response. Hopefully they can get this sorted especially as it is a feature promoted on the product page.
