Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

If you log in to you Magix account, go to "My Products", you should find Simplitec Power Suite listed, with all its current activations. Simply remove from that list any activation you no longer need, then you should be able to install it on your new computer.

If the software is not listed in your account, you will need to contact Magix Support, via the Support button in the header of any forum page, to contact Customer Service and ask that they reset your number of activations.
