Please explain your problem in more detail: Sound Forge version number; Audio Studio or Pro; 365 (subscription) or standard (perpetual); purchased directly from Magix or a third-party seller; was Sound Forge activated priviously on the same PC or another ?
As well, Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page.

If English is not your primary language, use 'Google Translate' or other .
