Slideshow or movie wilth images of different aspect ratio

Version 17 Vegas Movie Studio Windows 10

As above - images get stretched on narrowed.

When I make all images the same height, many are distorted as not all have the same aspect ratio.

I've tried the slideshow and just placing images on the video track but nothing is acceptable.

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, with the exception of Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.  

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.
