Hi,

You'll need to provide more information!

In particular, when exactly does the message occur? Was this your first attempt to run the program after installing it? And what exactly does the message say?

If it is something like mfc120.dll I have had this before and the cause was a corrupted driver update installed through Windows automatic update. You need to check all recent updates have installed completely, especially graphics and sound card driver updates and perhaps reinstall the driver updates manually after downloading from the hardware manufacturers website. Even just a "Restart" of Windows (not just a Shutdown) could help your situation.

As Terry has stated though, more info would be a big help.
