Sonic foundry WAS cool?

Been using products for over twenty years including advice to callers with probs! Steve was my guy and did well. A lot recordings made with software. Now reinstalling fails correct code? (i have records)?? Since Magix took over it got bad! now neglects to help us who were there at beginning who promoted/ used the software!

@robert-watson1528 Which version did you try to install? Sony shut the registration servers down, so activating old Sony versions isn't possible any longer.

User accounts were transferred from Sony to Magix. This means that you can visit Magix.com and log in with your old Sony e-mail and password. In your customer account you should be able to find the installers under 'My Products'. I believe these were updated to contact Magix servers instead of Sony servers.
