I activated the software and when I went to log into my account the app crashed, now I'm locked out of the software as it claims I've already activated the code, meaning I can't use the software I bought, what do I do?
you can contact magix through your account at magix.com - they can reset the activation probably. I'd recommend getting the newest update before activation also, since it might have fixes for activation issues in the previous update versions.
I've contacted them, just waiting on a reply, and I checked I have the newer version already, thanks for the reply though, I'll update my post if MAGIX is able to help
