I purchased magix music n was given sound forge 12.9 activation code but can't find sound forge 12.9 download...15 or 12 version will not except..

If you purchased it from a third-party seller, such as Best Buy, Amazon, Musicians friend, ect. contact them
If purchase directly from Magix, email: Magix ( sales@magix.net ).
