Sound Forge 17 will not launch

I have been trying to install Sound Forge 17 on a new desktop, and it will not launch after I register it. I have already deactivated it on my previous computer.

@G.K.G. I have the same advice as in your other topic about Acid not starting. Copy and paste the crash report from the Windows Reliability Monitor here and maybe we can find out a cause of the crash.
