Sound Forge Activation Problem

I just bought Your package that includes MovieStudioPlatinum170, SOUND FORGE and Music Maker.

After downloading, installing everything and putting in my email and serial code, I successfully entered MovieStudio and it works fine. Same for Music Maker.

But when I enter SOUND FORGE, it again asks me for email/serial, which after I enter (and gets checked by green arrows so everything is fine) instead of opening the program it shows "Error code: -14 The serial you entered is invalid or may apply to another product."

Movie Studio Platinum includes Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 ... Not Sound Forge Pro 14 if that is what you are trying to activate. Otherwise contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team for activation issues.

Yes rraud, that's actually what I meant, Audio Studio 14. I'm unable to access it.
