In the future, a little more detail would be much appreciated.  Do yu have a hard copy or were you downloading ?

You might want to run the Repair program and then try to apply your soundpool data.

Make sur you register the MM program...without the 20 plus control number from Magix, you won't got your soundpools.

I tried to unistall, both programs, re installed MM 2013 , i tried to clean the registry using an spplication suggested my MAgix Groups, but no matter what I do, i stiil have this problem, i can't pass this stage when starting the program.

Please, any suggestion ?

What is Magix v 18....do you mean MX ?  if thats the case, they are both very similar programs but still stand alone.

There have been problems with conflicts in Magix programs of similar nature, which these are.  If you have the register numbers of both Magix programs, decide wich one you want to focus on.  Delete everything you can find about Magix on yur computer....there can be  files in various places so be diligent and run the Search program looking for folders called Magix,  flders called MusicMaker and finding any, delete all of them.  Empty your recycle bin, get rid of junk internet files...everybody has them.  Once yu are all cleaned up, do a disk defrag....which you should be doing anyway.....once that is done, go back to Magix downloads and download just one program...doesn't matter which.  If you are sucessful downloading it, use it for a while.  Once you are satisfied that it is stable....go back and download athe other Magix program....why you would want to do this is again beyond me because both are almost the same, but its yur call.  Good luck
