Make sure you arae not in the "Easy" mode, sometimes athis will mask program features.  You can try the repair feature if you go to Addd/Remove Programs, click on MM and it will ask you if you want remove or rpair.  You can usuallygo bac to download and see if the download center shows the soundpools were indeed downloaded.  you can try a re-set of the soundpools and the program will look on your hardrive for the soundpools....make sure you don't select the delete option.

If any of this helps,good....now make a separate folder and bac up your soundpools there and get a USB Cruzer or some susch storage device and bac up your soundpools there....you will not be sorry.  Good luck
