I bought Boom the commercial license before downloading it told me that they didn't have the version that I wanted and they switched over to standard instead and contact support. How do you contact support? Is that version I have for commercial use?

I assume you are trying to purchase BOOM, either volume 1 or volume 2, from ProducerPlanet and want the Commercial licence? Is that correct? And when you said you wanted that licence it offered you ONLY the standard, non-commercial licence? Is that correct?

Hello everyone, so I just installed the new Magix upgrade and I tried to use the commercial material that had previously bought from you guys but my computer is telling me now that it cannot read it. Now I cannot even find the material that I purchased. where can I go to find my stuff and use it?
