Stopped working. Reinstalled and now won't take Activation code

Had for years Movie Studio Platinum. Used many times. New computer it was installed, but after one time it suddenly stopped. Even restarting computer did not fix so had to uninstall. In attempt to re-install it will take the S/N but authentication code will not work even after double checking. Says on startup customer service will give code. Please help

What version is your MSP?. If it is a Vegas version (up to 17. 18 and later are Magix versions) you need to go to the Vegas forum https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/news-forum/

If it is a version released years ago by Sony Creative Software then there's a special activation required and details of this are on the Vegas forum.
