Basically I just bought the software (I've worked before with it) but suddenly when I was editing some stuff the app started to freeze and then I just save my project and then I closed the app but when I try to open it again the loading screen just fill the bar like 5% and then the app close, I've trying with a lot of methods but nothing works, I want to know if there is a way to make it work or I just should return the products.
