How do you get to speak to someone on the phone for support at Magix. I have called and stay on hold for long periods of time and only get a voice prompt on the other that says enter your code?

I have magix edit pro 16 and when I export to mpeg it crashes! I need help! anybody know how to fix this?

stan4bama, the request to enter a code is because, regrettably, you have to pay for support, expecially for a version which is relatively "old"!  Having purchased the support via the MAGIX web site you will then be given the code to enter via your phone key-pad.
