I see this is a new offer. Do you have to download cinematic moods from the store content within MEP?

I think this is the second query we have had on this topic.

It could be that the program (Movie Edit Pro) is doing some in house keeping in the background even when it is not physically running. It is also known that depending on the server content arrives from that some can be painfully slow.

Some of us had a lot of trouble with Movie Edit pro when the latest versions came out due to this 'House keeping' which eventually settled down over a period of a few days.

I thought the problem had been sorted by magix but there may still be bugs or there may be a problem with one of the servers.

I suggest you get in contact with Magix using the email address you should have with your registration and conformation of purchase of MEP to ask them if there is a known problem or provide you with a different download link.
