Tempo messed up, lots of confusion

So I’m listening to the sample loops on the right and they are normal speed but for some reason when I add a specific loop to my track it’s super slow and I’m unable to fix the tempo. I’m so confused. Thanks for any help.

Ah i have noticed this when i add a loop to a track that i have already started , I just use the pitch/tempo adjustment in the effects menu , Or is this not working for you
