Hi.
I was trying to upgrade to soundforge pro 18 and when I clicked the link to upgrade to proceed to payment I got this:
"Unfortunately we had to temporarily block your access as a result of payment problems.
To resolve the problem, please contact customercare@magix.net ."
I´ve sent an email to that inbox and all i got is an automatic reply saying "Unfortunately, our automatic processing could not find any matching results for your request".
Also emailed to support@magix.net, and no answer whatsoever...
Does Magix customer support work at all?
This is very frustrating...
Please help!
