Terrible Terrible experience

4 days at this and i will ask for a refund. I purchased movie edit pro 2018 last week. I started getting mpeg 4 codec errors...then i purchased/activated the codec/main concept. i also installed the extra content, pro-dad, etc...when i input serial numbers...errors....just a horrible experience. I will be getting a refund from paypal.. Garbage. what a waste of my time!

I am very sorry that you've clearly had such a difficult time with your first use of MEP. However, I wonder whether you have asked Magix Support for any help? You've certainly not posted anything to this user-to-user forum before.

Did you download and install the free trial version of MEP before you bought it? It is deliberately NOT the "full" version, but should have given you some clear idea of hew well the app would perform on your computer.

Do you want to ask for help with your problem? In which case, first please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. We, fellow-users, may well be able to offer some advice.

OTOH, if you've posted here merely to rant then your posts are really NOT welcome.
