"The file 'C:\Program Files (x86)magix\... associated with the arrangement was not found.

In my MAGIX Music Maker MX, when I try to reload some arrangements during a subsequent session I get the following error,
which pops up immediately after (example): "Loading... BigGong A.HDP   0%."

"The file
'C:\Program Files (x86)magix\MovieScore Vol. 8\Percussion\BigGong A.wav"
associated with the arrangement was not found.

If this file is on a removable disc (IT IS NOT), place the disc in the appropriate drive and press 'Retry'
If the file has been moved (IT HAS NOT), please select 'Directory' and enter the current position of the file.
(THIS WAS DONE, AND THE FILE STILL REFUSED TO LOAD)..."

The above error message appeared for each and every file in this extensive arrangement.
Other arrangements load fine, some only load partially. I installed MMMX on this same computer. No files have been deleted or moved. All the files can be pulled up from the Soundpool while creating an arrangement.
but as soon as I try to reload arrangements during a subsequent or even the same session after saving the arrangement, I get the error.  This sever problem needs to be addressed by the creators of the software.

I resubmit this question, because I'm getting no response.

I'm running MMMX v18, with all updates.

Harware: Toshiba Satelite w 3 gig RAM and 3.5 GIG HD running Windows 7 (64bit).

Hi,

The software does'nt find the file "'C:\Program Files (x86)magix\MovieScore Vol. 8\Percussion\BigGong A.wav"

1 - Verify if the file exists in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)magix\MovieScore Vol. 8\Percussion\  with the files explorer of Windows. If it exists, there is sometime errors with associated files : *.H0 and *.HDP.

2 - Check in the last section of program parameters of MMM where default directories are defined (shortcut Y), in the 2nd line what directory is used for "import" (I have a French version and don't know exactly the english names used by MMM). Under Windows 7, with the file explorer delete all the files *.H0 and *.HDP. They will be created again automaticaly by MMM when executing and generaly fixing this kind of problem..

Nota : If you delete them, with Window you can restore them.
