As @Former user has commented, we need to know what 'it' is ie we need more information:

Computer specification - see this topic for details of the information required, please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.

Is the program installed and all the extra content was installed, however you are now getting the Extra Content installation manager popping up every time you start the program - if so see this comment.

If not then we need more details of the issue you are having.
