I have just bought music maker 2013 to find that when i try to use the drums in chillout 7, metal 4 and rock alternative 4 i get an error the following vst plugin cant be found vita

I downloaded and reinstalled the files again

i've uninstalled the program and reinstalled it

i have reset the vst plug in still no good

I also bough Samplitude 2013 which works great and the sounds also work fine

im using Windows 7 64 bit

shall i ask for a refund or has someone the answer

unhappy with purchase
