After rebooting I see thevMagix Music Icon. I had purchased the before this Magic Music 13. This is having problems with the serial #, conflict. You can see this in the previous ticket I wrote prior. I also notice that the prise has come down significantly with the same Magic Music Product a could get credit etc.

You need to contact magix via the email address that should be mentioned within your software under help or with your email communications with Magix when you purchased your product.

Hi

You have posted in the Magix Movie Studio forum, however are saying you have Magix Music (?).

Is it Music Studio, which is only up to version 11, you are having an issue with or do you now have Magix Music Maker?

If Music Studio is the issue still the same as your other post here, or was this resolved?

If Music Maker what is the full version name?
