Timeline frame counter

I cannot find a way to see the exact frame or even second on the timeline. When I am playing the timeline the counter under the preview window only gives the length of the timelime not the poistion. Without knowing exactly where I am in the timeline exact editing is extremely difficult.

@Daniel-Palmer At the top of the preview window are numbers, on the left is where your cursor is & on the right is the length of the blue range or the full project,
