Hi

Not a lot to go on - an image showing what you are getting would help.

Which software are you referring to - you have posted in the Music forum yet selected Movie Edit Pro as the question forum.

Please give the fullname and version of the software, provide supporting screen shots, if relevant, and give more detail on how and what, ie video or audio or both, you are trying to Timestretch.

Hi

Thanks for image, however it is not clear what the format the object you are trying to resample is.

I would assume it is an audio file howver what type is not clear.

Try resetting the program to its default settings - File, Settings, Reset program settings to default.

If that does not work please give us more information on the file type, sampling frequency (press Ctrl + E to get this) and the source.

Hi John

It appears to be the .WAV file highlighted in the media pool.

A program reset to defaults would seem like a good start.

Hi

@ Peter

Thanks for the info.

@spfservices

The fact that you are getting the correct display for the Timestretch/Resample dialog when clicking other WAV audio types suggests that there is something in, or about, that WAV file that is stopping the dialog opening correctly.

I can see that the WAV with the problem is in the Magix,  My Record folder - did you record this WAV using MEP?

What is the audio supposed to be?  Eg: a commentary, music or sound effect

If possible can you post the WAV file to somewhere like Dropbox so we can try to replicate the problem you are having?

Hi spfservices

Have you tried the same .WAV file on the other computer which appears to be displaying the window properly?

Maybe that file does not have any sample rate information in it. Maybe Rt Click the object and select Properties and post a screen shot.

Does anyone got a solution for this bug/problem?
I'm having the same issue now for months and it doesn't matter which audiofile i'm using (mp3, wave, etc.), it's only popping up the titlebar like in @spfservices post (first screenshot).
I tried resetting the program settings and even downloaded the latest "installation program" from Magix.com and reinstalled the program, no change.
It's really anoying -.-

Thanks in advance,
Cheers, ThePab
